●Support field resources for E-nodeB and G-nodeB Integration Services.

●Experienced on Ericsson BB6648, BB6630 and BB5216 and RBS 6K series.

●Working Knowledge of the Ericsson RAN KPIs, latest HW/SW release.

●Strong skills on Project Management of UMTS, LTE, 5G, Small Cell, DAS platforms.

●Use agreed tools to create DT/Scripts/files using PCI and ECT.

●Verify DT/Scripts/files according to applicable procedure.

●Experienced with Remote Integration support and War room support.

●Plan and drive projects at a detailed level.

●Schedule, track, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

●Prepare report/dashboard, float same at regular frequency to management team.

●Adapt to any new changes in technology, process and guidelines and ensure

respective teams adhere to the same.

●Assist in generating new ideas and Process improvement plans.

●Prioritize & escalate problems or variance in the plan to the relevant stakeholders and te

ams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.

●Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring an

d identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.

●Liaise with Field technician/Managers for all field activity (RRH fiber termination/swap, 

onsite troubleshooting etc).

●Tracking and monitoring received POs and quotations.

Consultant-Huawei – (Nov’2021-Mar’2022) 

Role – Senior Engineer (RAN modernization).

 

 

 

 

● Responsible for hardware modernization of sites with different technologies and 

carrier combinations as GSM/WCDMA/LTE and 5G.

● Support day to day Huawei BTS, BSC, RNC, NodeB, eNodeB Integration/Alarm 

management activities.

● Have exp. on Huawei BBU3900, 3910, 5900, LBBP, WBBP, GTMU, UMPT, UBBP 

basebands. Basic knowledge on BSC6900 and 6910.

● Exp. on U2020, CME. BBU Integration in GUL mode. Prepare Scripts for Integration.

● Validation of backhaul connectivity and integration with EPC/Core team.

● Liaise with Field technician for all field activity (OAM definition for new Units, RRH 

fiber termination/swap, onsite troubleshooting).

● Take Pre-Post Health Check using different tools and to support Field Crew for 

antenna/cable swap.

● Troubleshoot all types of issues that come across Integration, Commissioning, 

Configurations, Scripts preparations, Troubleshooting, Software testing/upgrade, Carrier
